Hugo Haase

Hugo Haase was a German socialist politician, jurist and pacifist. With Friedrich Ebert he was cochairman of the Rat der Volksbeauftragten after the German Revolution in 1918.

Hugo Haase was born onSeptember 1863 in Allenstein , in the Province of East Prussia, the son of Jewish shoemaker and small businessman, Nathan Haase, and his wife Pauline .
